Crosscut Sled - Alignment Jig (Digital Files)

This jig helps create accurate and reliable alignment of your fence when creating a crosscut sled.  

It's simple to use, snaps into the kerf of your sled and screws into the fence.  Further, use the provided brackets to avoid having to clamp the fence while you screw it in from the bottom.  

This contains digital files that you can download and print your own alignment jig.  I've created 4 versions of this jig for you to see what works best for you.

2 Versions for standard 1/8" blade.  One is a true 1/8" (I found that tight to remove) and so there is a second 1/8" with a 1/64" clearance.

2 Versions for a thin kerf blade (2.5mm or 3/32 inches).   Again, one with zero clearance and one with 1/128" clearance.
